The folks at Bristol Brewing created Spark out of the idea that BBQ is one of those casual, no-fuss foods that brings people together--just like beer does. It's a backyard food, where friends gather round and dig in and there's good conversation and cold beer, and it's just good for the soul.

So in 2022 we made our BBQ shack out of a repurposed shipping container and dropped it into the Schoolyard at Ivywild School to create that festive backyard vibe. BBQ feeds the soul as well as the body. Let’s Eat!

Our BBQ shack is located in Bristol’s Schoolyard in front of Ivywild School at 1604 S. Cascade Ave. in Colorado Springs.
Your convenient ordering options:
If you’re hanging out anywhere inside the school, head to the north end of the main hallway and order at the Spark counter right across from the Bristol Pub. (You can also place your order with a friendly Bristol beertender.) They’ll give you a number and deliver it to your table.
If you’re outside in the Schoolyard, simply order and pick up right at our BBQ shack window.
If you’re not a big fan of human interaction (no judgement) you can order from anywhere in the school using the QR code at the bottom of our menu. Pick up at the Spark counter inside.
Heck yeah, we’d love to cater your party. Check out our catering menu right here. Just a heads up that we are currently only able to cater events that are booked onsite at Ivywild School, or for pickup from Spark.
